Swim

The swim will take place in an indoor pool. The swim will follow a staggered start with each swimmer being separated by 10 seconds. Participants, please note your 100-meter swim time on your registration form. No swim aids or equipment permitted other than goggles & swim caps!

Bike

The bike course will be a 1.1-mile loop on the interior road circling the TSD campus, free from any automobile traffic. Please keep to your right at all times on the bike course unless in the immediate act of passing and always pass on the left of the cyclist being passed. To help ensure the safety of all participants, there will be volunteers on the course, and one section containing semi-sharp curves will be marked as a “No Passing Zones.” The Juniors (ages 7-10) will do the bike loop 2 times, while the Seniors (ages 11-14) and Adults (ages 15+) will do 5 loops, both on the campus road. Participants can use any type of bike (mountain, road, BMX, etc.) A map of the bike course is on the website and a copy will be in the race packet. There will be no riding of the bike course prior to race on race day.
Note: The course has 5 speed bumps, a sharp left and sharp right turn and a gradual hill sloping downward that participants will need to exercise caution when approaching.

 

Run

There will be two run courses. The Juniors kids run a course of a half a mile will be (2 loops on the rubberized track). The Seniors kids, a 1 mile run, and Adults, a 2 mile run on a course that will be a combination of grass, sidewalk, and track around the beautiful TSD campus.
